Yes, some members include larger companies, but we also work with independent property owners like yourself.  We offer all the forms you need to lease and manage your units, free and low-cost training classes (in-person and virtual) to our members on all sorts of topics, including Fair Housing regulations, the Sioux Falls rental registration process, and training on handling evictions, mold, accommodations, various legal issues and so much more!

Annual Dues are as follows:

1 – 10 Units                 $135

11 – 100 Units             $135 base + $3.63 per unit owned/managed

101 – 449 Units           $185 base + $2.63 per unit owned/managed

450 Units & More       $235 base + $1.63 per unit owned/managed
