REQUIREMENTS:
To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:
- Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
- Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
- Meet all examination standards within six (6) months of declaring candidacy
SCHEDULE
(you MUST attend all sessions to obtain credentials)
- Oct 14th, 9 am - 5 pm (in person or virtual) Orientation, Industry Essentials, and Financial Management
- Oct 15th, 9 am - 5 pm (in person or virtual) Financial Management and Human Resources
- Oct 21st, 10 am - 1:30 pm (virtual) Marketing
- Oct 22nd, 10 am - 1:30 pm (virtual) Legal Responsibilities
- Oct 23rd, 10 am - 1:30 pm (virtual) Property Maintenance for Managers
- Oct 24th, 10 am - 1:30 pm (virtual) Risk Management
- Oct 25th, 10 am - 1:30 pm (virtual) Resident Experience and Review
